Seminars are from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM (time is reserved for Question and Answers). Seminars will also be held on SATURDAY from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Number of Sessions and start times will be determined by location, facilities available). KEY TOPICS OF SEMINAR
Here is a partial list of some of the topics we will be covering for both seminars. We will also have a 45 minute question and answer period at the end of the seminar.
We will cover the new “Credit Card Reform Act” and how it applies to everyone under the age of 21 years old.
We will also give parents and college-bound students the latest information concerning the new “College Student ID/Debit Card. If you miss these seminars, your sons and daughters introduction to college could turn into a financial nightmare for both students and parents.
Did you know that "Identity Thieves" by stealing your name and driver's license number, can turn your life into a financial nightmare. They are stealing these documents and someone else's bank information and writing thousands of dollars in fraudulent personal checks against you.
We had one victim who had three warrants for their arrest for check fraud.
A simple traffic stop (tail light out) could land you in jail for twenty-four to seventy-two hours until the mess is straighted out.
If you think this could not happened to you, think again. We have a twenty-one year old college student who's SSN was stolen and the thief bought a house by using their almost perfect credit reports. The victim didn't think it was serious enough because of his age, so he has delayed the investigation and didn't seek expert advice.
What this victim doesn't realize, if the thief can get a house, what will stop them from getting a car, credit cards and other forms of credit in his name. The thieves could trash his pristine credit report scores in a very short time. Thieves will buy a car and make payments for several months then sell the car to a private buyer or take it to Canada or Mexico and sell it. Three or four months later the real person who's "Identity" has been stolen, starts getting late payment notices from the lending company.
Finally, since this person is a college student, he may need to get a student loan to finish his education a year or two later. Surprise, he is refused a student loan because his credit is now trashed. Victim is left with "No College Degree" and future dreams of a high paying job is now shattered.

Due to security and privacy issues, we will not discuss any cases during this open forum.
Sometimes we have "Victims of Identity Theft" speak briefly during our seminars. We always introduce these speakers as a Mr. B (first inital only) or Ms. B.
In our seminars we do bring up ongoing cases but are only referenced by first name, city and state.
We never disclose victims names even to the press, unless we have a notorized consent form from the victims.
