SEMINAR UPDATES FOR 2010 Wilson Unlimited Partners, LLC is pleased to announce the following schedule for "Identity Theft Awareness and Prevention Seminars" for the Southwest Region.
Schedules for 2010:
See Southwest Seminars for all information concerning seminars and workshops outside of the North Texas area.
We are currently focusing on preparing our 2010 schedules for both our "Identity Theft Awareness and Education Seminars and our "Identity Theft Victim Workshops".
Seminar Schedules
Look here for times, locations, and dates of upcoming events in your area.
Our Awareness and Prevention seminars are usually held on Friday Evenings from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM. We will also host a special Saturday morning seminar from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
These seminars are for both victims and non-victims. If you have already become a "Victim of Identity Theft" and are planning to attend one of the "Identity Theft Workshops" , it is highly recommended that you also attend the "Awareness and Prevention Seminars". This will give you the preparation tools necessary to help you recover from "Identity Theft" and also help you from becoming a victim again.
Cost for these three hour seminars are $30.00 to $50.00 and are based upon location and availability of meeting space. Public support for the prevention seminars is needed in each host city so we can set aside part of the proceeds to host the "Identity Theft Victims Support Group Workshops".
This support will allow us to offer the 'Identity Theft Victims Workshops" FREE to all victims, because they have already paid enough. Because of the nature of these seminars, individual victim stories will not be discussed during the question and answer period. Pre-registration is required. Seating for all seminars are based upon a First-Come, First-Serve. Remember, No-Shows could prevent someone else from attending who really needs to be there.
Fees are non-refundable, so please, only register if you can attend. On-line confirmations printouts (bring to seminar if you are transferring your reservation to someone else) will allow you to replace registered parties seating at the door.
"Identity Theft" strikes nineteen (19) new victims a minute in the U.S. Please don't become one of the nineteen (19).
SPECIAL NOTE: The above seminar times are based upon a maximum of four-hundred (400) to five-hundred (500) attendees. If local public support is overwhelming and to maximize coverage in host cities, we will host two time frames both on Thursday and Friday evenings:
5:00 PM - 8:00 PM and 8:30 PM - 11:30 PM
If you have a civic organization or local company that wants to help sponsor these seminar's in your city, please contact our organization at:
Due to lingering effects of Hurricane Katrina, only New Orleans, Baton Rouge, and Shreveport will be the only locations in Louisiana we will visit in 2010. All seminars outside of Texas will be scheduled for two-thousand-ten (2010). All schedules for the Southeastern region of the country has also been postponed till 2010.
So, if you have an civic/business organization in the Southwest (Texas, Arizona, New Mexico, Oklahoma) or in the Southeast (Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, N. Carolina, S. Carolina, Kentucky, Virginia, West Virginia), that wants to host an "Identity Theft Prevention Seminar" and an "Identity Theft Victim Workshops" for your local community in June through August 2009, please contact us as soon as possible before our schedule becomes filled.
IDENTITY THEFT VICTIMS SUPPORT GROUP WORKSHOPS
ID Theft Workshops
Look here for times, locations, and dates of upcoming events in your area. Identity Theft Victim Workshops are held the same weekend as the "ID Theft Prevention Seminar's (Thursday and Friday Nights). All workshops are conducted in a classroom setting and space is limited to a maximum of two-hundred (200) attendees. These workshops are designed to help you get your identity back as fast as possible.
Workshops No. 1, No. 3, No. 5 and No. 7 are designed for "ID Theft Victims" who have had bank account, credit card account and drivers license information stolen.
Workshops No. 2, No. 4, No. 6 and No. 8 are limited to what we call, "Full Blown Identity Theft". This is where "ID Thieves" have gained access to your credit files, social security numbers, and where "ID Thieves" have committed criminal acts using your name and you have been arrested for those crimes.
The following times are available on Saturday during the day:
Workshop No. 1 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM
Workshop No. 2 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Workshop No. 3 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM
Workshop No. 4 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM
These seminars are restricted to "ID Theft Victims Only". We highly encourage victims to attend these workshops. Depending on the severity of your "Identity Theft", it can cost you thirty (30) to eight-hundred (800) hours of your time over several years to recover. If you have been hit with "Full Blown Identity Theft", out of pocket expenses could be Ten to Twenty Thousand Dollars ($10,000-$20,000).
SPECIAL NOTE: The above workshops times are based upon a maximum of two-hundred (200) attendees. If local public support is overwhelming and to maximize coverage in host cities, we can add an additional four workshops on Sunday and/or increase class size to 300 attendees per session.
Workshop No. 5 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM
Workshop No. 6 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Workshop No. 7 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM
Workshop No. 8 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM
If you have a civic organization or local company that wants to help sponsor these workshops in your city, please contact our organization at:
Plans are currently being set-up for January through March 2010 in several key cities in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Louisiana. We will update everyone when the situations change in Gulf Coast Region.
April and May 2010 schedules are being planned for the Southeastern region of the country: Florida, Georgia, Alabama, and Mississippi. So, if you have an organization in one of these eight states that wants to host these "Identity Theft Prevention Seminars" and "Identity Theft Victim Workshops" for your local community, please contact us as soon as possible before our schedule becomes filled.
Our goal is to become the number one leader in providing "Identity Theft Solutions" to the maximum number of "Identity Theft Victims" in the country.
Thank You.
Required Items For Workshop Attendees
To maximize full use of our time during these workshops, we ask you to fill out the FEEDBACK/QUESTIONAIRE ON OUR CONTACT PAGE AND SEND IT.
This way, we can address specific solutions to your "Identity Theft" problems.
Because of the need for security and peace-of-mind for all attendees, you must go to the FTC Website, www.consumer.gov/idtheft and complete the following four things before you can gain access to any of our workshops.
1.
Contact the fraud departments of any one of the three major credit bureaus to place a fraud alert on your credit file. The fraud alert requests creditors to contact you before opening any new accounts or making any changes to your existing accounts. As soon as the credit bureau confirms your fraud alert, the other two credit bureaus will be automatically notified to place fraud alerts. Once the alert is placed, you may order a free copy of your credit report from all three major credit bureaus.
2.
Close the accounts that you know or believe have been tampered with or opened fraudulently. Use the ID Theft Affidavit when disputing new unauthorized accounts.
3.
File a police report. Get a copy of the report to submit to your creditors and others that may require proof of the crime.
4.
File your complaint with the FTC. The FTC maintains a database of identity theft cases used by law enforcement agencies for investigations. Filing a complaint also helps us learn more about identity theft and the problems victims are having so that we can better assist you.
Please bring copies of both the police report and the FTC report to the workshop to gain entrance. Please, no exceptions will be permitted. Thank you.
